After 15 years on the inner leader path, I’ve learned this:
Leadership development fails because it’s based on a false premise that you need to become something you’re not.
The real work isn’t addition. It’s subtraction.
Removing the beliefs, fears, and inherited filters that block you from recognizing what’s already shining.
The eclipse metaphor makes this visible: the sun (your essence) never changes.
Only the obstruction (your refusal) moves away.
