Today I found myself asking: Most of the world doesn’t get what I do. Is it worth it?
This is what emerged when I listened:
A compass doesn’t need motivation, strategy sessions, or a new mindset.
It doesn’t need to be convinced. It just points north.
Most leadership development is built on the idea that something in you needs fixing.
My work begins from a different place:
You already have what you’re looking for. You just need to remember to look. Those who are ready don’t need convincing. They only need a reminder.
